As for the Plymouth GTX Street Fighter-X, it too is a masterpiece of model engineering and a credit to the creative design skills of artist John McBride. Popular Hot Rodding magazine (USA) occasionally runs a Dream Car of the Month competition, and his Plymouth design was a winner. John's basic idea was to create a street-legal road car as close as possible to an all-out NASCAR racer, striking a balance between functionality and appearance. Like the Mustang this model features opening hood, doors and trunk, posing steering and functioning suspension, real metal leaf springs and rotating driveshaft, opening fuel filler door, tilting seat backs, adjustable sun visors, opening glove box, wind-down windows, moveable shifter, removable side-vent windows, fabric seatbelts, 10-spoke wheels, and a fully wired and plumbed 426ci Hemi V8 engine. Oh and it's limited to 1,250 pieces too.
