Well, I suppose it's not playing cards in the literal sense but to those like Ron Carpenter who make card models, 'playing with card' can generate a huge amount of enjoyment and satisfaction. Although Ron tends to play down his efforts, no little skill is involved in the making of a reasonably authentic representation of a particular vessel using this medium as can be seen with these fine examples of Ron's work.
