Toothbrush manufacturer Radius(Kutz-town,PA)increased both its productivity and profitability with modular plastic conveyor technology.The Radius Original is a top-line toothbrush with up to four times the number of bristles of competing brands and with an ergonomic handle oriented for either right-or left-handed use.High quality has its price,though,even for the manufacturer,with Radius co-founder Kevin Foley noting the firm once had very high reject rates during molding.
