The Roth name is synonymous with custom injection molding in the Pacific Northwest,so it's natural that Rod Roth stayed in the industry,even after Grant & Roth,the company co-founded by his father,was sold.In 1996 Roth and two partners,Sal Gonzales,and Janet Evensen,founded R&D Plastics as a mid-sized custom injection molding company focused on the idea of being a low-cost operation.
