Car interiors benefit from polypropylene grade

PSA Peugeot Citroen has specified Exxtral compounded polypropylene(PP)for a variety of interior components of the Peugeot 407.PSA's Tier One suppliers,Visteon and Faurecia,selected Exxtral PP for interior upper and lower trim and door panels because of its aesthetic qualities,technical performance,and reliability.For the upper trim,a low-density CMV205 was specified for UV stability during the service life of the car.
