Dabhol phase I: project management issues

摘要

Phase I of the Dabhol combined cycle plant entered commercial operation in May, seven years from the initial memorandum of understanding. Building such a plant at a remote Indian job site posed a number of project management challenges. Lessonslearned will be applied to Phase II, on which construction work has just started.
