Direct and indirect cooling for TCU

A new cooling feature allows indirect anc direct cooling from a single temperature control unit (TCU). The Duo cooling feature on the Tempro plus C line of TCUs reportedly boosts cooling capacity by allowing a rapid and total exchange of process water by the cooling water in the system. Its manufacturer calls the system "a first in the plastics industry" on the basis of it combining indirect and direct cooling technology in the same TCU.
