After prices for PC had fallen signifi-cantly in previous years,due first and foremost to overcapacities,they recovered well in 2005.Nevertheless,high raw material and energy costs put pressure on margins.This remains true for 2006.PC manufacturers are currently intensifying capacity expansion.
