A new type of compression-injection molded bipolar plate took third oprize in a competition ofnew fuel-cell technology at F-Cell 2003,an international fuel-cell conference in Stuttagart,Germany last September.The develpmental plate,produced in a highly filled thermoplastic compound,was designed by plastics processor Weidman Plastics TechnologyAG.
