PE blown film properties improved through particles

Omyafilm calcium carbonate can be incorporated into polyethylene(PE)blown film to speed productivity and improve physical properties.Addition rates of up to 25% of the 1-to 2-pm sized,surface-treated particles are recommended for best results.The additive comes in a masterbatch,Omyalene 2000,for even dispersion.The manufacturer says film output can be increased by 1.5% for each percentage of Omyafilm added to the melt.
