Unicor execs execute MBO

The recent management buyout (MBO) of corrugated pipe equipment and fittings company Unicor GmbH Rahn Plas-tmaschinen (Hassfurt,Germany) from its parent,Finnish pipe processor Uponor (Vantaa),means it will be managed under a new banner.Renamed Unicor GmbH,the company is headed by Klaus Kaufmann,managing director;Ralf Mittermuller,general sales manager;Gerhard Hafner,plant manager;and Hubert Kossner,manager-development and processing.They are financially backed by an investment group,NORDholding (Hanover,Germany).
