Spanish-Argentinean polymer producer Repsol YPF (Madrid) has acquired the 50% of Transformadora de Propileno AIE it didn't already own from competitor Basell (Hoofddorp,Netherlands).The deal includes a 160,000-tonnes/yr-capacity polypropylene (PP) plant located in Tarragona,Spain.Neither company has divulged the sales price.
