Demag ergotech and van dorn demag merge

Demag Ergotech GmbH and its U.S. sister company,Van Dorn Demag Corp, merged in November to form Demag Plastics Group. The merger follows the Schwaig, Germany, and Strongsville, OH, companies' decision in late July last year to extend their commercial and technical cooperation. The firms are part of the Mannesmann Plastics Machinery group.
