Sumitomo Chemcial Co.(Osaka) and Mitui Chemicals (Tokyo),have dissolved that polyolefins joint venture Sumitomo Mitsui Polyolefin Co.Ltd.(SMPO).The merger was canceled use to differences over the valuations of the two companies.
