The electronic structure of sodium tungsten bronzes Na_xWO_3is investigated by high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). The ARPES spectrameasured in both insulating and metallic phases of Na_xWO_3reveals the origin of metal-insulator transition (MIT) in sodium tungsten bronze system.
