One piece of equipment that I have found very useful is the 5C Indexing Head (Spin Indexer). As supplied the Indexer uses 5C collets but it can be adapted to use ER32 collets with a Stevenson 5C to ER32 adaptor sleeve and special collet nut designed for use in the indexer. The indexer comes with 36 hole indexing ring with a 10 hole vernier series for the indent giving 360 indexing steps (photos 1, 2 and 3). As supplied the indexer has no provision for clamping to the mill table. I don't believe that this is an oversight on the part of the supplier as it is intended for use on a wide range of machines and applications. The intention is that that you drill the base to suit your own particular requirements. In my case this is a Siege X3 Super Milling Machine. Wishing to speed up my set up time I also wanted to incorporate a setting bar on the base to locate in the Tee slots and line the indexer up perfectly square on the table.
