Further to my notes about the fire risk posed by hi-viz clothing in M.E. 4522, see in my newspaper of 23 November that Poundland have been prosecuted for selling such jackets that were not reflective (less than 3% of requirement) nor was the colour satisfactory. The jackets were Chinese-made and Poundland was fined ￡700,000.
