Analysis of stress concentration due to irregular ligaments in an infinite domain containing a dow of circular holes

The effects of irregular ligaments among a row of infinite circular holes are analyzed. For rigorous calculations of simplicity, an efficient alternating method is used to study interactions among multiple holes with irregular distributions. Numerical results for stress concentration factors are presented for various patterns and hole spacing. Based on these analyses, acceptance crierion irregularities in a row of circular holes is also evaluated. [References: 10]
