On page 174, section 2.4 qRT-PCR, "qRT-PCR for miRNA detection was performed with TaqMan miRNA assays (Applied Bio-systems) and normalized to miR-24." should be "qRT-PCR for miRNA detection was performed with TaqMan miRNA assays (Applied Biosystems) and normalized to U6." On page 177, section 3.4. ST7L is the target of miR-24, "There was a decrease in the ST7L protein expression levels 48 h after transfection with the "As-miR24(Fig. 4B)." should be "There was an increase in the ST7L protein expression levels 48 h after transfection with the As-miR-24 (Fig. 4B)."
