Ethanol imports in March 2015 amounted to 32.3 mln litres, compared with 31.5 mln in the preceding month and 71.6 mln one year earlier, trade data show. This points only to a slight growth on the month despite an ongoing recovery in Rotterdam ethanol prices. Part of the disappointing development can be explained with the weak euro which reached multi-year lows in the course of March.
