BIODIESEL SALES TO BE EXPANDED

Colombia plans to sell B-5 blends nationwide as sales will be extended to Bogota and the states of Meta, Vi-chada, Arauca and Casanare. The government aims to reach a nationwide B-7 blend in coming years which would require around 260,000 tonnes of biodiesel annually, according to F.O. Licht data.
