The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) in its November supply and demand estimate increased its projection for the 2012/13 (Sep/Aug) corn supply because of better-than-expected yields and higher imports. In addition, the projection for the ending stocks rose as supply growth outpaced a slight upward revision in total demand.
