After nose-diving in November, the base metals complex climbed during the week on the move by central banks to boost liquidity and encouraging US jobs data. The industrial metal copper staged a comeback and posted its first weekly gain in five weeks on Friday (Dec 02) as it pushed near 8,000 dollars per tonne on the back of persistent inventory tightness.
