Union Budget: Conditions created for double digit economic growth

Presenting the Union Budget for the year 2015-16 in Lok Sabha, Mr.Arun Jaitley, the Union Finance Minister said macro-economic stability has been restored and conditions have been created for durable double digit economic growth, sustainable poverty elimination, job creation. Investment in infrastructure has been raised by Rs 70,000 crore in 2015-16. He has also allocated Rs 25,000 c'rore for rural infrastructure.
