71 st WFC calls for advaced sustainable foundry

The 71st World Foundry Congress held in Bilbao, Spain from 19th to 21st May 2014, was organized by TABIRA, the Spanish Foundry Association. The theme of the congress was "Advanced Sustainable Foundry". Over 1,000 delegates from 46 countries took part in the event. They were treated to three days of technical sessions, Young Students Seminar, Young Researchers' Programme, Casting Buyers' Forum, industrial visits, international foundry exhibition, social programme and accompanying persons' programme.
