So when Chris Grundler, director of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Transportation and Air Quality, said he believes dangerous climate changes will occur if greenhouse gas emissions aren't reduced 80 per cent by 2050 from today's levels, I believe he believes that. And when Grundler also said that, because of this belief, the EPA will do everything it can to enforce its targeted 54.5 miles per gallon fleet average by 2025, I believe him again.
