Monumental Showcase

With a new organisation, a new venue, and the announcement that British Precast is to become part of the new super-lobby formerly known as the Quarry Products Association, British Cement Association and the Concrete Centre, it was fitting that the home of the world-famous National Memorial Arboretum should walk off with the Cooper-Heymann cup at this year's Showcase, given the monumental nature of the event. Hosted by Channel Four's Krishnan Guru-Murthy on 4 June, Showcase is the mineral products industry's annual shop-window, and this year the offical launch platform for the new Mineral Products Association (MPA) - it was previously organised by the OPA.
