CANADA Lithium Corp plans to "vigorously defend" a proposed lawsuit taken against the company on behalf of shareholders over a statement made regarding its Quebec project. The Toronto-based company is being sued for 50 million Canada dollars over a miscalculation of resources at the Quebec lithium operation, which was claimed to be "one of the larger known lithium deposits in North America".
