Universal happy with Roseby study

THE first stage of Universal Resources Ltd's feasibility study of its wholly-owned Roseby copper-gold project near Cloncurry in Queensland (MJ, August 26, p7) has confirmed the technical and economic viability of the project, based on metallurgical and engineering studies to date and December 2004 resource estimates. Resources currently stand at 124 Mt of combined oxide and sulphide at an average grade of 0.72 percent Cu and 0.06 g/t Ay (at a 0.3-0.5 percent Cu cut-off), but exclude results from an additional 42,353 m of drilling completed this year.
