摘要

Tumor vaccines, which can elicit antigen-specific anti-tumor immunity and play an important role in prevention and therapy of tumor, are regarded as the most attractive method. Its underlying mechanism is that tumor antigen, especially the tumor specific antigen (TSA), can induce tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) accordingly to damage tumor cells.
