Kimberlites found at Hadley Bay

An exploration programme at Diamonds North Resources Ltd's Hadley Bay diamond property on Victoria Island, in Canada's Nunavut Tertitory, has discovered five new kimberlite bodies, plus extensions to known pipes. The drilling intersected kimberlitic material at the Apollo, Diana, Neptune and Pluta targets in one cluster; and the Juno kimberlite dyke at another location. In addition, drilling at the Ring Eider pipe has extended the dimensions of the body towards the size of its associated magnetic anomaly, which measures 200 m X 300 m.
