(It is "not suitable for detailed use in Wales... or Scotland...or Northern Ireland". That's devolution for you). It is not a technical textbook, nor a guide to statutory planning - RTPI members don't need that apparently. It is up to date as at 31 December 2001, but inevitably things change, and there is an emphasis on website addresses and links which experience may suggest to be vulnerable.
