A TFT-LCD panel for thin notebook personal computers

Mitsubishi Electric has developed the world's thinnest notebook size personal computer using a 12.1 inch ultrathin active-matrix LCD panel. Although half the thickness of the panels in previous Mitsubishi notebook computers, this thoroughlyredesigned product offers SVGA resolution (800 x 600 dots) with 37,728 displayable colors. Designed specifically to help achieve the ideal mobile office, the display incorporated is bright and power efficient.
