Adalet-PLM mining couplers are now easier to maintain due to a change in insulator tube color from light gray to flesh tone. This change will make dirt, contamination, and tracking more identifiable in surface and deep mining applications where lighting is poor. The new flesh tone material is made from quality Kerite~R EP, similar to the light gray material previously used. The new color maintains the same electrical properties, but offers more track resistance and less degredation from corona. Kerite~R is a registered trademark of The Kerite Company.
