Once in awhile freedom lovers get a thing or two to cheer about when it comes to plans the enemy had for our nation and its sovereignty. Some of you may have read that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to actually limit the Environmental Protection Agency in its overreaching global warming regulations. That was a first and a surprise to most. The Court said that the EPA lacked authority in some cases to force companies to evaluate ways to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and it has taken too much authority into its own hands without congressional approval.
