Factors affecting greenhouse owners' performance.

摘要

Analysis of efficiency of agricultural processes leads to increased production efficiency. This study was conducted to identify and analyze factors affecting performance of greenhouse owners in Somesara, Iran. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Appropriate management in production and use of financial and accounting specialists were the highest and lowest ranking factors, respectively. Of the factors, technical/structural and social participation contributed the most and least to explanation of variance, respectively. Improving greenhouse owners' technical skills can lead to improved efficiency.
