What can I say about the Panther that has not already been said in numerous publications and throughout the Internet? Most of us model builders are very familiar with the Panther and have built at least one model of the Panther at one time or other, so I won't go into the history of the tank - you know it already. The kit I have chosen for this rust bucket is the Tamiya offering, which goes back a few years. Although the kit is older, it still can be built into a nice little model, especially when you add aftermarket items such as photo-etched details and individual track links. The kit has a low parts count when compared to the Dragon Panther kits, but for what I had planned this worked out fine.
