Williams in Negotiations to Acquire Delphi Midstream

Williams Partners (Tulsa) on Dec. 1 said it and Delphi Midstream Partners LLC (Houston) are in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Delphi's Laser Gathering System and other midstream businesses. The agreement covers a potential transaction in which Williams would acquire Delphi subsidiaries that own Laser and other midstream businesses, located primarily in the Marcellus Shale.
