Richard Saint of Asons Solicitors looks at the all the legal ramifications of hiring an apprentice. In difficult economic times such as these, an apprenticeship may be the perfect way for a business to cut recruitment costs, whilst building a bespoke skillset to suit their company in the future. Apprentices come with responsibilities - particularly in the motor industry.
