Mazda's Bram van den Berg offers some advice to dealerships on how best to operate the induction of new staff. It can take up to six months for a new starter to operate at 100% of their capability. In the meantime, an individual induction process can help to support the new starter, making them feel welcome and familiar with the brand. Each individual who performs a function at your dealer - no matter how junior or senior - are the puzzle pieces that fit together to create the larger picture of success.
