Knowing your customer is one of the golden rules of business. Knowing the legislation in place that pertains to the customer is equally important. When it comes to legislative changes, the eyes of the motor industry have very much been on the FCA in recent times - but there are also two pieces of consumer protection legislation that you should consider. The first came into effect in June and is called the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
