All about air conditioning

Mark Tierney, Products and Logistics Manager at TEXA, looks at modern air conditioning systems and the desired steps to service them. When dealing with mobile air conditioning systems using refrigerant with a G.W.P higher than 150, it became legislation that from the 4th July 2010, all individuals working on these systems must have achieved a refrigerant handling qualification to meet MAC Commission Regulation EC 842/2006 and the later Annex to Commission Regulation EC 307/2008 as a minimum requirement.
