The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) adopted new regulations regarding setbacks, including new definitions related to the new rules, as well as a revised definition of Designated Outside Activity Areas. The new rules will be added to the COGCC regulations in the 100 series (Definitions), 300 series (Drilling, Development, Production, and Abandonment), 600 series (Safety Regulations), and 800 series (Aesthetic and Noise Control Regulations), and are effective August 1, 2013.
