The grantors owned, at the time of conveyance, 100% of the minerals beneath the lands described in the deed. Applying the presumption that a grantor who deeds without exception or reservation conveys his entire interest, the Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that the uncompleted deed conveyed that 100% interest to the deed's grantee, rejecting the argument that the deed was void for vagueness. 2013 Ark. 231, at 9-10, 2013 WL 2361043, at *5.
