摘要

In the article, one has made an attempt of making the extension of the mathematical model of the indicator of fire of chemicals applied in the underground mine workings, developed in the EDAFFIC European project [5]. Data was compiled on the basis of monitoring many parameters characteristic of the process of burning. The compiled mathematical model of the indicator of such fire hazard allows for the evaluation of the early appearance of fire in its initial period of development, before it will change into a naked flame. This indicator was compiled on the basis of the results of the thermal decomposition examinations of the one of many kinds of phenolic-formaldehyde foams applied in the underground mines for sealing, filling emptinesses and works of this kind. Examinations were conducted in the test adit of the Central Mines Rescue Station /jsc/ in Bytom.
