Monitoring systems for balancing of coal preparation plant production

摘要

A concept of production balancing in a coal preparation plant has been presented for total and net production, waste from washing processes, loaded products and change of material on stock-piles and in raw coal bunkers. The concept has been based on a minimum number of belt scales for mass balancing. The size and density fractions in raw coal on stock-piles and in bunkers are determined on the basis of measured mass flows of balance components and a simulation model of a gravitational washer.
