Three Alumni Join CSMAA Board of Directors

A new secretary and two new directors officially joined the CSM Alumni Association Board of Directors at the board's February 17 meeting. Richard A. Beach '66 was elected secretary over Karen Ostrander-Krug '84 in the only contested seat this year. Ostrander-Krug is currently a board member of the CSMF Property Management Corp. and will remain chairperson of the CSMAA Membership Committee. Beach worked as a geologist and physical scientist for the U.S. Bureau of Mines until his retirement. He has been an active member of CSMAA since graduation. His contributions to the Alumni Association have included service as chairman of the Denver West section, organizer of his class reunion, and participation in membership and fund-raising phonathons.
