First Bronzewing South drill now complete

Newmont Australia Ltd has finished the first phase of drilling on its Bronzewing South Joint Venture with AuDAX Resources NL. Newmont has completed a heritage survey over the northern part of the Bronzewing South tenement, acquired airborne magnetic and radiometric data and conducted orientation soil sampling of 445 sites. A 30,036 metre RAB and Aircore drilling campaign failed to find any signs of oxide gold, but did find signs the geology may favour deeper, Bronzewing-type mineralisation. Drilling did define a number of anomalies which require follow-up drilling.
