These were two of the promises made by the country's vice minister of land and resources and general director of the China Geological Survey, Wang Min, during the recent CHINA MINING 2009 Congress and Expo in Tianjin. Speaking at the forum's opening session, Wang suggested it was important for mineral proponents and their governments to promote an "all-win" investment environment which was of mutual benefit to all concerned.
