Investment opportunities actively promoted

THERE IS NO denying that Queensland is endowed with world class mineral resources ranging from hydrocarbons like coal and coal seam gas to the full gamut of base and precious metals. However, there are still many highly prospective areas in the state that remain either unexplored or underexplored. To help remedy this situation, the Geological Survey of Queensland (GSQ) has implemented several initiatives to help attract exploration investment to the state.
